I use the Mt. Olive pickles. They are good. I wouldn't try the Famous Dave's I thought about it. But I don't think they are worth taking that chance.

I love pickles, and ate them all the time once I progressed to solid foods.  I'm a salt ***** and the sweet protein shakes were overwhelming.  The salt and crunch of pickles was a welcome relief.

I don't know if these will be hot enough for you, but I loved the garlic.

I get the Polish, German or Russian pickles from World Market.  Spicy and very good. Crunchy. I "ruined" my BF taste for pickles- he now only eats the same one as I ..

there are also "Bubbies pickles"  - organic brand - dill pickles - are naturally fermented - no sugar added.  YThese ones - - even the pickles water is good to drink - all the good probiotics...

Claussen pickles have a spicy and they are hot! IMO of course.  They are not sweet but check them out and see what you think.  I like pickles and I'm not following a strict not veggies or fruit diet so I eat a pickle when I like which is a couple times a week.

Funny that this came up...I am a pickle, um..."addict" (to be polite..) I LOVE the Mt. Olive Brand Kosher Dill snackers size.  Definitely watch out, they can be a bit constipating!

Warmly,

Jackie

I make my own pickles. I'm wondering if adding a stem of stevia would sweeten the pickles naturally.  I'll make some and report back if it's any good--in a month or two, of course :-)

I eat Claussen Kosher Mini Dills.  They are crunchy, a little spicey, yet tart.
