I recently discovered this shaker bottle at almost 2 years out and I love it: Blender Bottle  The small one is all you need. I bought one in my local grocery store too. While on occasion I use the blender, I find the blender makes them too big and frothy, and it is just too much to get down. Shaker is better...

Scale and measuring cups...

I like 24oz water cups with straws. 3 cups of water and I have to fill it less times. I have a Vera Bradley outlet by me, and usually buy pretty ones there. I know they say no straws in the beginning... I started at about 3 weeks or so out, for me made it easier to get the water down.

Timer - stove phone whatever. I still frequently time my 30 minutes of not drinking after meals. It is important. In the beginning especially I felt it was important because it also reminded me to start drinking again.

food processor .  Seeds watering hose and a shovel lol .. to put free  fresh veggies IN the processor ... blender ( at first I skeeve protein shakes now )

Get used to the idea ... that food and menus are  not going to play a huge part in your day-to day life here on out.  Its a hard withdrawal from the serotonin release of excess food and calories but after a month or six weeks post op you will have a choice - concentrate on LIVING or keep overeating by stuffing ur pouch and/or cheating like with ice cream sugary soda and fast food  .

Your cravings and focus on food will be lifted 6 weeks post op I promise .  ((( )))) good luck and welcome to a whole new reality ,great health and a banging body !!
