Broth (pre surgery on optifast) date of surgery is 06/20/16

Read the label and have a small portion that keeps your overall sodium intake low.  You could add your surg date to your header for a better response - if you are a month out - no prob.  If surg is tomorrow, I would wait. Most of use feel bloated after surgery because of all the IV fluids without additional salt.

I just added the date. It'd on June 20th. I dot feel bloated. I just want to make sure it's allowed.
