Thursday *****fest

Blocking people seems to be all the rage nowadays, lol!

My grumps for today:

Ponytail headaches. My hair is finally long enough to pull back, but I don't do it juuuuust right, I end up with a thumping headache by lunchtime.

Air conditioning. It's 100 degrees outside, comfortable in my building, and FREEZING in my office. I should not have to wear a cardigan in July in Arizona!

I have to constantly loosen/readjust my ponytail throughout the day... sometimes taking it completely down and starting from scratch.

I have a heater... on the floor in my office... it runs every single day that I am here... no matter what the temperature is outside. It's crazy.

AGREED I detest HAVING TO WAIT IN A refrigerator !! Doctors offices are the WORST - what do they think they're doing, operating  ?!

My ex is moving back to the city where my kids were born. We ended up in Oklahoma because his sorry ass couldn't hold a job in Atlanta, and the only opportunity that came for him was from a friend that moved out here and dragged his lazy butt along. When we got out here I went back to work - had been a stay at home mom - and divorced him.

Fast forward 7 years, I am (very happily) remarried, and the kids love their school, etc. Except now, of course, my daughter, who was 9 when we moved has visions of Georgia on the brain. She is 16.5 now and going to be a Junior.

Well... my ex's new wife (his fourth, but who's counting) told my daughter that now that she's 16, she can decide where she wants to live, and she can always finish off school in GA and go to college there.. (which is untrue. The judge specifically told us that he may listen to a teen, but they do not have the right to make the decision on their own)

Um, no you skanky wench!!! I have primary custody of MY children for a reason... you don't have custody of your 8yo son for a reason. Back the hell off MY kids and go on about your fluffy skanky life and don't fill my kid's heads with crap!!! I'll no more allow you to have my kids than your ex will allow you to have your own damned son!!!

I had to talk to my daughter and explain (in much nicer terms than above LOL) that she will be graduating right here with me in OK... and personally it will be more cost effective if she attend a state college here... once she is an adult, if she would like to move back to GA, then I wish her well, but until then, she's a teenager and staying with me. Luckily my son hasn't expressed a huge desire to move back to GA...

OK... whew I feel better!!!

Man, I remember being sixteen and knowing everything, LOL!

Me too.  Now I'm too old to know everything.

I am going to borrow/use/abuse your "fluffy skanky life"!!!

Oh man, your ex's wife and my ex's wife sound like they're related! 

She loooooves to butt in when it's not her place.

She recently stooped to outright lying about things to him about me being an "awful mother" because "the twins ( my 15 yr old sons ) were at the ( their neighborhood pool ) pool in blue jeans-and Audrey hadn't packed them any swimming trunks. It's hot out and those poor boys are sitting here sweating to death!" He sent me a text demanding I "monitor what the boys pack" from now on. The conversation when downhill from there.

Umm...one boy went, one stayed home. The one who went left my house in shorts, and had his swimming trunks packed. I told him "Someone is lying to you." It's been crickets since then. 

I hope her nasty ass nylon extensions fall out and take skin with them. She's caused more trouble in the last 3 years than anyone else has ever caused me in my life.
