I'll make you feel a little better! I started at 255 and was a 42D. Now I'm a 34DD (probably even an E, I have to get fitted again) and my books are nice and full. Not like when I was 20, but they've still got some nice lift. They look the best they ever have, since they aren't all fat now and continue up to my neck! However, I am 29 and have 1 kid that I did not nurse. It varies from person to person but kids and age are the biggest reasons for sag. I don't think you mentioned in the OP how old you are. But if you're in your 20's, it might not be so bad. Good luck!

I went from a 42DDD to a 34D.  I must say, my boobs aren't bad.  They don't stand up and salute the sun,  but they also are not tennis balls in a tube sock.  I will probably get them lifted when I get plastics, but I'm okay with them now. On the other hand, my arms.... Yeesh!
