Diamond Rings

I must be one of a kind. I was thinking it would definitely help me maintain my weight loss. I know I already have something keeping me accountable, my heart condition. I don't ever want to go through any more open heart surgeries.I know if I regained much weight it would cut of circulation and hurt my finger.

Anyway, I've been waiting 5 years for a diamond ring from my boyfriend, I know we will be together for the rest of our lives. One day at a time. I will wear it til it hurts. Thanks for all the feed back. PeaceV

You may be able to use it as some sort of "anchor" to remind yourself to stay accountable, but it is the scale that needs to be your most important tool. You recently posted about a 20 pound gain. Weighing yourself regularly will help you cut back when needed instead of letting any gains get out of control.
