Nope. Doesn't have anything to do with TX but with my insurance. Since my PCP didn't say the words I recommend her for WLS, and because I hadn't had my NUT consult, they sent it back. I just had my appointment and the doctor said not to think of it as a denial, but as pending. My surgeon said he is 100% certain I will be approved.
