I watched what they showed of her and she comes accross as someone unintelligently complaining.

I couldn't even finish watching her speak.

While I  actually believe that the biggest Loser is horrible,  it seems to me she is blaming the weight gain on the show itself when we all know that there had to be caloric intake to gain weight.

Yes, the show setd unrealistic expectation,  and likely offered inadequate aftercare, but she needs to take some responsibility for her health and her weight.

And if I were her lawyer,  I'd drop her after that interview.  I can't even take her seriously now.

I read something somewhere that had someone claiming they were pushing diet pills and illegal drugs.  That people were passing out and taken to the hospital.  I don't know if I believe all that but I do think their methods were way too extreme and they were bound to regain some if not most.  No one would be able to keep up with that regimen.  To me that show was setting them up for failure.

agreed, but is it worth a lawsuit?  That just seems out there to me.

Is infuriating that Bob goes on there and blames the contestants. We've all been there... lose a lot of weight only to gain it back. He does talk about homeostasis though, to be fair but is just more shaming the people vs rethinking the methods.
