Hi Gary,

I would suggest unless there is a severe medical reason for having PS now I would reach goal and wait at least a year?  The reason why?  Because our bodies take up to a year to adjust to the weight loss. Your PS may do the surgery and then you will end up with dog ears and other not so great results due to your body shifting and adjusting.  

Pump some iron and get your body fat down as low as you can...  When you have surgery you will get great results and the skin will be as tight as possible....  Think about it
