Hi all. This is a great question. There are sooooo many good but my top

ONE GOOD: My self confidence in through the roof whether it's in social circles or making new goals for myself I never would have even tried before like skydiving a,bit ions and wanting to take boudoir pictures for my hubby

ONE BAD: Having your first ever dumping episode after trying just 1 more bite of something with sugar

I did a photog session as well! (I do find I get more attention though... sometimes it is sooooo unwanted lol) Do you ever get that?

... and had my first dumping episode and didn't know what it was from!! I finally realized it was from salad dressing I put on my dinner! NEVER AGAIN!! lol Didn't realize that it was loaded with sugar. Last time I didn't look at a label; I've looked ever since!

I had my RNY 15 years ago. One good thing: having the opportunity to live a healthy life.

One bad thing: Dealing with people who don't understand,  I did not cheat by having the surgery. I still have to make sensible food choices to remain successful. I have seen too many surgery patients make horrible choices once the weight dropped off. Needless to say they gained all their weight back. Seeing them throw this opportunity to maintain a healthy life away is heart wrenching.

Good:  So So MANY good!  No more back pain, hip pain, restless leg, diabetes, high cholesterol, daily sugar drops, thighs rubbing, etc!

Bad: Being so soon out (7 months now) I still see the old FAT me... Down 104 lbs so far and a LOT of the time I still see the big me, but sometimes, just sometimes, I see the new me....  It's taking some getting used to!

I had my first surgery in 2008, and my revision in 2014- I still see the old me. I's frustrating but I know that it's all in my head. I actively see a psychologist and my husband assures me that I am still doing great. Surround yourself with others who can see your success because it's sometimes hard to see it when no one is looking.
