Your Doctor's office should give you at some point the stages of food progression you will go through. The World According to Eggface Blog has recipes for each stage.
I was told I could eat up to 5-6 times a day. Work your way up to 60-80g protein and 64oz water.
There are also daily menu posts on the RNY Board, and some of them are newbies.
