How to maintain in maintenance

Weighing myself frequently keeps me on track. If I am 3 pounds above my goal, I weigh/measure/track my food until I lose it.

The people who gain a lot seem to avoid the scale and then act "surprised" by a huge gain. Do not let this happen to you. It is easier to lose 5 pounds than 50.
