Hopefully the head games end tomorrow!!
Tomorrow I have, what I hope to be, my last psychologist appointment. At my prior appointment, I let her know that the psychiatrist was pleased with my progress and had released me for three months and said she absolutely supported my decision to have RNY. I have a letter to that effect and will take that with me to the psychologist appointment tomorrow. That has been my hold up since March, when I horribly failed the psychiatric evaluation. Since then, I've had a sleep study and have severe sleep apnea and am using a CPAP, which I think has probably made more difference than the medication for stress, anxiety, and depression. Maybe all of it working together will get me the a-okay from a psychology stand point. I ask for any prayers, good thoughts, vibes, or whatever you may be willing to send my way. I am so ready to get on with this and become a happy, healthy me.
Thank you all in advance for the kind words.... the blunt wake-up calls (that I've needed), and of course the love and support. I appreciate each of you!!

Amazing how much better we function with good sleep, right? I have bipolar and I noticed that my anxiety was SO much better once I started my CPAP. Sending good thoughts your way that it all comes together!
