13 months post op

I was pretty much happy when I did the WLS calculator and it said I would lose 54 lbs with a VSG and would be down to 152 lbs and I'm at 138 right now, yipeeee!!! My question is, if I'm not eating at a maintenance phase is this pretty much where it stops? Or did anyone lose more in the coming months. I've been at this weight since 11 months post op.

As long as you continue to eat at a deficit, then you can continue to lose. Of course, the smaller you are, the fewer calories you need, but if you want to keep losing it's absolutely possible.
Most people make a deliberate choice to go into maintenance and up their calories accordingly.

After a 2 month pause at my original goal weight, I went back on the post-surg eating plan and lost another 20-25 pounds to give me some cushion in case I have some regain over the next few years. I am glad I did because those last 25 pounds really made my knees feel better. If you stick to the straight and narrow eating instructions and get healthy exercise, you can lose more. Because of your height, 138 is not a very low weight, but you could ask your doctor where they would like to see you now - during the honeymoon phase.
Congrats and Good Luck

Congratulations!!!!! As long as your getting your protein, water and all the other good things in (in moderation) your body will continue
to drop and settle where it feels best at.
Keep up the great work and keep us informed of your success! Rich
