Oh that's good to know, thanks for that post. I don't drink nearly enough water, I know that's why I am constipated. I'm afraid to take a stool softener though because I can't afford to be running to the bathroom all day at work. There are times I am stuck in a room with patients for over an hour during a procedure and can't leave. Potty breaks are not always an option lol.
