I make taco meat with ground turkey on a regular basis. My hubby and kids love it as well, so it's a win win. I just use the seasoning packets that you buy from the store and usually I'll eat it over a bit of shredded romaine letter with salsa and a bit of shredded cheese. Like a taco salad.

Tonight I'm going to eat fajita meat, and I'm super excited about it.

Crockpot Chicken for tacos is the best:

Chicken breasts in the crockpot

Taco seasoning on the chicken

Cover with a jar of salsa

Cook on low for at least 8 hours

The most tender, moist, delicious chicken ever!
