one thing that's been difficult to adjust to is figuring when something is too big. I'm used to the standard of 'thank god--it buttons' as the standard of fitting. Now I'm learning zipping and buttoning doesn't equate to a good fit.

I was in a dressing room trying things on. I'm a 14 now. There were a pair of size 12 capris someone had left in the room, I figured what the hell and tried them on. Granted they were a stretchy type material, but they fit!! I was floored.

I feel like it is a 3rd job to keep on top of my clothes, I must go through them once a month and rid myself of anything too big. I've just gotten rid of all the xl and now moving into large/medium

Pants moving out of 16 into 14 and12.

Its a crazy feeling

Wait until you hit the single digits. I about passed out the day I shoved my saggy ass into an 8. I sort of skipped that size on my way up at the age of 11. I'm sure the other women in the dressing room thought I was losing my mind...hahaha. "What the HELL??? Holy ****!! I'm in an 8! Oh my GOD! No freaking way!!" was the conversation I was having with myself, out loud.

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...

I love when people share this! I've been below my goal weight now for about 3 years so I love the excitement in posts from those of you still on the way down. Keeps me motivated to stay the course and stay this nice new smaller size!
