Follow-up with sleep specialist... Sleep apnea is controlled! Hopefully one step closer....
I had a follow-up with the sleep specialist yesterday, as I have been on CPAP for a month now. That went well; she said my sleep apnea is well controlled and I don't need to see her again for a year. She is letting my surgeon know so that can be marked off the list. Now, just to wait for the psychologist to say I've had a 50% decrease in stress and anxiety... Then it should be ready for insurance approval. I really hope to get this done in the next couple of months....

So glad the CPAP is working! They're a serious pain to get used to, but you sleep SO much better!

I love my Horton. I admit, it took some getting used to, and I still have an occasional night where, try and I may, it just wants to be leaky and wake me up several times... Last night was one of those nights... sigh.
Glad you are doing so well with yours too!
