Can anyone tell me any tips in measuring my food for after surgery? Certain things ppl have tried and it worked or bought?

Get yourself a digital food scale, for real.  You'd be surprised how easy it is to overestimate a serving size.

Buy a kitchen scale.

Measuring cups allow creeping portions too easily because you can start heaping them full. A scale will keep you way more honest.

Great suggestions Thank you :)...Would you put veggies with all those?

I very seldom have veggies-- maybe a bite or two, tops. Protein is most important, so I'll often eat just meat for meals.

I think that generally applies when you're dieting and you haven't had WLS. Veggies are good in that case because they fill you up with relatively few calories.

For WLS patients, though, it's all about dense protein. We have limited space in our stomachs and need to get in LOTS of protein, usually 60 - 80g per day or more, so there's not much room for anything else :)
