Costco sells Premier Protein in an 18-pack for around $24.99.  They often have it on sale for $19.99.

It was the only protein shake that I could stand long term.  I have one for breakfast five days a week with a shot of Miralax.

It's the only one I can still stomach as well.  I've bounced around a few but the Premiere Protein is the only one I'll still drink.

I like Premier too. I bounce between that and GNC total lean.

Ok. I love the taste of Premier Protein but since it is not 100% Whey Protein Isolate I stopped using. I am curious to know about the absorption. I've heard of it is not 100% isolate so we only get about 8.7grams of the 30grams that are in the bottle. So, for those who swear by it, how are your labs? Are your protein levels normal?

My surgeon did not make specific recommendations for a protein shake, but when I told her I was using Premier, she smiled and said that is the one that she uses. I love the stuff and have one at 3 p.m. every afternoon for my snack. Without it, I would have a hard time meeting my protein requirements.

I have not heard about the failure for us to absorb the full protein from this product and my labs are excellent. I've had very little loss of muscle.

I don't like the vanilla or chocolate PP "as is", but I add sugar free syrups - raspberry, cherry, strawberry, English toffee, coffee, Irish cream, Pumpkin pie, etc. to the PP and  lots of ice.

Just what works for me.

Per my talk with the dietician today, it is a very good product!

So while I'm waiting for my psyche eval I figured I'd act "as if" and so I bought a case of chocolate Premier Protein and gave 1 to my husband and I took a sip. It tastes to me like cups of pudding you'd buy from Hunt's, etc and so I know I can tolerate it! I didn't buy the bars because I'd eat them like candy!
