Well here's a new one: my surgeon's office had a vitamin rep come in and go over their program. Basically, the covered item was B-12 nasal spray. Supposedly it is better absorbed nasally than by mouth, which is believable with RNY. Then they cover your other vitamins for free. It's $25/month, my insurance approved it, so I signed up for it. We will see how it goes.

I guess I don't have an ethical problem with it because the B-12 is something that is actually medically needed with my procedure.
