Celebrating!!! (Cross post)
Today was my 1 year surgiversary! Down 99 lbs and 3 lbs from my goal weight. I have my one year appointment with my surgeon on May 5 and want to lose those 3 lbs. But if not I'm happy with the 99 lbs I have lost. I'm so happy I made the decision to have WLS. It truly has given me back my life. I'm ready to continue my journey of good health. Thank you for the advice and support this past year. My next goal...finish my masters and learning maintenance. And to those of you just starting your journey it's frustrating, scary, exciting, challenging but well worth it. Follow your teams guidelines and stay connected here and you will succeed.
Carpe Diem!

Congrats, and also high five on the masters. I got mine last year and it was a great experience which was really rewarding.

The cake is a lie, but Starbucks is not.
If I had to bet - I would bet that you'll lose those 3 pounds - and maybe a few more. Enjoy your successes.
