Two more visits with PCP

I have two more visits with my PCP (May 13 and June 13), and I can have my center fax my paperwork to the insurance company. I still need to get my sleep study and psych evals done, but other than that, things are moving right along. 

I really hope I can get my surgery done in June because that will give me more time to recover before school starts. Fingers crossed!

I also have two more visits hopefully we both have our surgeries in June or July....good luck to you
