Patchmd Multivitamin Patches
Has anyone used the Patchmd Multivitamin Patches? How is your blood work? I called my surgeons office and they said they do not recommend them. However, what they did recommend is not working for me? Just curious to see how other people did on them. Thanks
they work awesome. I have been using them about a year and my labs are the best they ever have been.
Does your surgeon by chance, sell vits in their office? They get a huge kickback when they sell them.
Do you taken anything in addition to the patch like extra b-12 or calcium citrate? If so would you mind letting me know what and how much? They don't sell them but they hand out samples of what they suggest you take.

I've been on them for about about 10 mos and have had no issues. I absolutely LOVE them.

I have always needed more B, so I take a B complex daily. I don't know if I'd do well without it cuz I don't want to try. I hate feeling run down.
