Gastric Sleeve

Hi, I'm a complete newb to this whole thing so please bare with me. I just want to know more about getting a gastric sleeve because I am interested in getting the procedure done. I am 21 and I weigh around 24 stones and my height is just under 6 foot. From a bit of research Ive read that its rarely done on the nhs but I was wondering if anyone actually has had it done by them? Also for those who have had it done what do you think? Thank you in advance x
