Thanks for sharing! I'm starting with similar stats, and having surgery on Tuesday, so hoping my first year yields as much success as yours has!
You are in for a wild ride, but if you push yourself and stay on plan with food, water and excercise you will reach your goals!
Thank you, I cut it off a few months after surgery so that the shed/regrowth wouldn't be so tough to deal with. I love it short, it's been a lot of fun.

You are approaching maintnace. May I suggest you print that 2 pictures side by side and keep it as motivation for the hard days to come?
Once we get to goal or close to it - sometimes we need a reminder where we were and where we don't want to go back... When life gets tough...it is so easy to reach for the comfort food... "Just this one time" ..forgeting that "this one time" many times in the past for us to place we needed WLS...
Yesterday at the movies my BF for popcorn... I could eat half of it. I had 2 handfuls. I stopped at 2 handfuls. I had beef jerky...
