- blood pressure is normal
- cholesterol is normal
- Im a better father
- better husband
- better boss
- better employee
- better friend
- I dont snore
- I play hockey again.
- I go out with friends confidently
- I wear better clothes
- I'm happy again
- I dont avoid places where I'll see people that I used to know
i could keep this list going for days. This has been the most important, miraculous thing thats ever happened to me. I read this board every day. Thank you to everybody who posts here.
So happy for you!!!

CONGRATS - First two weeks after RNY and trying to eat smaller portions of things I used to be able to eat and getting really sick - I went through buyers remorse and would read folks on this forum who said they would go through RNY surgery 100 times over if they had to. Well - I am 16 months out and have been at goal weight since Oct 2015 and would do it all over 100+ times. I lost 105 lbs and agree with everything you said - so nice to have my life back!
