Kudos Han!

A great milestone and a reminder that now is a good time to start hitting the gym. When I did that at 18 months I lost an unexpected extra 20 lbs! It has additional benefits for us guys. it's kinda like being given the keys to a new Ferrari...but don't forget to wear your, um, seatbelt! lol.
