An awesome NSV for me too...!
Bill's post reminded me of an awesome NSV that happened to me a few weeks ago. I took a spinning class with an instructor I hadn't met before. I asked her to look at my bike and see if I looked lined up ok. I told her that I was new to spinning still. After class she said, "Wow you did great for new to spinning. What else do you do...you're obviously an athlete?" Wow. I was speechless. I told her that I run and do Zumba. It was pretty cool. So that's sort of been my mantra for the past few weeks...- I am an athlete :-) WLS has changed my life
