Dark brown scars/discoloration from constantly ripping off the bandages after surgery. Almost...

The bandages I used after surgery would literally rip off a layer of my skin. Now I have the incision scars, paired with these huge brown scars surrounding them. Has anyone had theses?

No, but how does your skin normally react to scars, darkening etc? It will be different for everyone.

Scars tend to fade over time- and your fresh out of surgery. Patience butterfly...

It sounds like you have an allergy to medical tape.  I have the same problem and the rashes I got from the tape lasted longer than the incision scars, but they did go away.  Now, even my incision scars are barely noticeable.

My surgeon always uses glue and steri strips so they are only on for a week or so but aren't changed, the steri strips just fall off on their own. This way there is no bandages to change.

Yes, red splotches from adhesive tape on a dressing over a serious injury when I was 10 years old.  Turned out that I am allergic to adhesive tape.  I will be having non-WLS surgery next week and will be notifying personnel that I am allergic to adhesive tape.
