I had an allergic reaction to my protein shakes. They were made where shellfish was prepared and I am allergic to shellfish. My lips would swell up and my mouth got itchy.

Thank you for the replies, I researched online and this has happend to others. My nurse/dietician advised to stop drinking them and to stick with 100g chicken and egg whites.
