Hi Everyone

Do you find the little sensor on the underside of the band hurts your wrist? I also find the stiffness is causing me great discomfort.  I work on a computer all day    LOL like you guys didn't know that

Did this happen to you?  I tried moving it up my arm but it still was uncomfortable.  Thinking of just wearing it on my shoe full time unless you guys have some suggestions?

THANKS!

When I was wearing it 24/7, it was pushing against a nerve when I slept, so my arm and wrist were really sore. I stopped sleeping with it on and the pain went away. I never found the sleep function particularly accurate anyway, so it wasn't a great loss to me.

I noticed when I wake up it would have a ridiculous amount of steps and calories burned.  LOL, I must be doing Zumba in my sleep

Thanks for the suggestion...

I never had an issue with mine but I wore it very lose on my wrist like a bracelet.  Mainly because I don't like things on my wrist.

You might try turning it around on your wrist so the "watch part" is on the inside of your arm and wearing it somewhat looser.

I have the charge HR and initially it took a while to get used to it. But I wear it on my left wrist. Rather loosely. But if I sleep on my arm - it does seams to pinch it. But I seldom sleep on my left side (sciatica side), becise the sciatica gets agravated and that pain wakes me up.

I broke out in rashes all over my arm. I had to move it to my foot and bought the magnetic clasp one on amazon.

Thanks everyone!  I am wearing it tight, I didn't think it would register if I didn't .  My plan is to try and not wear it so tight and then if it still bothers me, not wear it while sleeping. Plan B, wear it on my shoe!

You are definitely wearing it too tight. Fitbit recommends wearing it loosely most of the time, but tightening it during exercise to get a more accurate heartrate. You should also make sure it is two finger widths above your wrist bone.

I have a Charge HR and it used to hurt my wrist - it wasn't agony or anything, just bothersome. (I'm on a computer all day too)

I just wore it for a week straight and now I don't notice it at all, I think you just have to get used to it.  Now, the only time I take it off is when the battery goes dead.  It definitely needs to be loose and able to move around.  If it hurts too much, take it off at night.
