OMG I so wi**** wasn't horribly rude to say, what are you doing to yourself!! I ruined 20 years of my life morbidly obese. There is life after food. Wish I knew this before I needed new knees and my insides rerouted. I want so to help others make better choices but it's non of my business but sad.

It wouldn't have made any difference to me if someone said that to me.  It would only make me upset.  I had to come to some serious realizations about myself to change what I needed to change. That took time, personal reflection, and lots of therapy. Not rude, blatantly obvious comments from strangers.

Hi Kathyjs

When I discuss this with people I ask them....  Have you ever seen morbidly obese people in nursing homes?  The answer is no, and that is because they are dead.  They don't live that long.  Any questions?
