Hello everybody i came up with my own way to lost weight and it works in November i weighted 391 now I'm weighting 343 i need to lose 43 pounds to have my surgery i thought this may work for anybody looking to lose the weight
Morning Breakfast
8am Shake
1 cup Spinach
1 banana
¼ cup granola
¼ cup mix fruit
¼ cup protein powder
¼ powder peanut butter
Add water
Lunch and dinner does not matter what time
thin bread or pocket thin bread and pop chips
Any meat any style except fried, stirs fry or baked or boil
Green pepper, onion, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese
(Mayo if you want)
Any meat any style

Snack
Anytime after dinner only if you want something sweet
Make sure you freeze the cool whip
Any fruits or any nuts only
¼ teaspoon of nuts any kind
9 days you will lose 19 pounds
