Night shift
I do have a question. Is the 600 calories a day something that was recommended or what your personal goal is? I'm just asking because with my program they said they don't have us count calories and to count the protein. They have given us suggested meal plans laid out for a day and following that I've counted the calories which ends up to around 800 a day. So that is what I've been trying to aim for now that I'm adding more food types back in but maybe I should be going for a lower calorie count too.

They have not given me a calorie amount, just protein goals. Some days I end up with more calories, depending on the types of meat I have. I am stay satisfied. I would up it if I needed to.
