That's a pretty impressive list- My husband is reluctant for me to have the surgery - I think he's scared of the what ifs... But I know he's going to love when I'm at a healthy weight and can keep up with him.

flying in the middle seat with plenty of room

having to own a belt just to keep your pants up

every time I run a half marathon I set a personal best in time

found a love for health cooking

once your system is clean of carbs, processed foods, and sugar easy to say no to poor food choices

waking up with no aches and pains

making everyday a new adventure

Good for you! Do you run many halfs? I've never had an aspiration to run a marathon, or even a half- but I would like to be able to run a 5K - without walking!

You know when you lost weight when you can sit in the middle seat on the train & be comfortable.

You know when you lost weight when you can hold up a T-shirt that didn't have an X in it & still fit.

You know when you lost weight when you actually prefer to walk up the stairs rather than taking the escalator.

You know when you lost weight when you can look down to lady town & see the hairs, even the gray ones. LOL When did that happen?

I now wear workout clothes to go walking on a public trail! I would have never done that in the past.  Not being afraid of ending up on a website like, "People of Walmart"  (always a fear of mine because people just love to make fun of a overweight person)
