Thanks for the love, now its time for the kick in the butt
Hi Everyone,
Thank you all for the hugs and love you showed me with my post about my recent loss. It helped more than you know. Now its time for me to walk the walk. Lord knows I can talk, and talk, and talk. Or should I say post, and post, and post
After hitting and staying at goal for years, putting myself last resulted in my first regain. I posted about it last year and had gone from 120-125 to 180. I lost down to 155-160. I am giving myself a kick in the butt and getting the last 30 pounds gone. I even made myself a ticker, but it's not showing. Maybe I can lose my extra weight before it shows up
I am putting it out here for you guys to keep me honest. If you don't see me posting PM me and give me the kick I need. This is my personal reboot and CARBS are the devil for me. Eating as low or no carb as possible, kinda like the Atkins plan. And Moving, Moving, Moving! Geez, the pressure is on LOL
I will post one day behind for food and move. Join me, cheer me, laugh at me, I don't care just know my knees my be scraped and my heart hurting but if I can do it so CAN YOU!

Think about posting on the RNY what are you eating today thread. Even if you don't post your food every day, it helps keep you accountable.
