I took a very old friend shopping today.  I hadn't seen her for a number of years.  She knew from our phone convos that I had WLS back in Dec.  She got into my car, looked at me and said, "Why did you have WLS?"  Hehehe...I loved it!!

UPDATE:

And my NSV got even better.  I wanted to pick up something lightweight and comfortable to wear for my chemo debut this coming Thursday. I scored in a couple of ways. First, I found great nylon pants and a cute lightweight long sleeved top with a hood. It has a scoop neck so my port will be easily accessible. Second, I bought a ladies size large pant...not an XL or a woman's 1X or 2X or 3X...a ladies size large! I was shocked! I love my RNY!

Congratulations!!!  That first foray into "regular" size clothes is always such a trip.

Wishing you every good thing for your chemo debut and your treatment as well.
