How to upload pictures from my i-phone to photos???

I would like to put current pictures of my weight loss into my photos,,,how to do this..

Click the photo icon at the top right of your screen.  Then tell it which picture to upload.  When finished you post your message or reply and click Add Photo in the message box.

Click the icon that looks like a framed picture of a mountain. This is for photos.

Click  "Click Here To Choose Photo".

Select where you are uploading the photo from.

Once the photo is in the box, click Upload. You will see it say Uploading and then a box that says Awesome!  Your photos were uploaded.  Click OK 

That's it

Click your user name and it will take you to your profile.  Click the * and in the drop down select take tour and it will show you how to do a lot of cool things on the site.
