If I take them at night, the urge to pee defeats even my ambien induced sleep. If i take them in the morning, I have dizzy spells and fatigue.

What's a gal to do?

Are you sure you still need them? Dizzy spells can mean your BP is running low

When I was taking a Blood Pressure medication that had a diuretic component, I asked for them as separate medications. So I took the BP med at night, and the diuretic in the morning. Worked much better.
