NSV for me today
Congrats to your Son, what a wonderful accomplishment! I am sure he is beaming from ear to ear!
I really believe in families spending time together, I love that you both are getting exercise, chatting about your lives, bonding, that makes my heart smile, cherish this time together!
And I must comment on how slim you are looking! Congrats on all your hard work, the physical change is outstanding as I am sure your mental & emotional health is too!

Thank you. I am about 50 pounds lighter now than when this was taken. So, Bruin girl, how do you like Coach Mora? He used to be the head coach of my Seahawks. I thought he was great. The guy took the mayor and the governor on a "run" up to Mt. Rainier in his first year. Respect.

Congrats, but what IS an "NSV"? I see that term on here many times of late .. I guess we didn't have that one 10 years ago when I had my surgery
