anyone care to share what you eat on a daily basis?to speed up the process of the weight loss and also exercises? thank you:)

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

hi there,

there is a good exercise forum also.  you can also all kind of questions there.  do you exercise now?  that would help me talk about what other exercises you could add.  also when was your surgery.

yup i walk about 7000 steps per day ,tried to jog tho.but then it hurts..i had mini gastric bypass on 2nd of feb
