What?!? I have never heard of such a thing! I have only heard of people getting shorter because they have less fat on the bottoms of their feet.

Now I have my hopes up. I am only 5'0" and have my one year appointment in a few weeks. maybe...

I haven't been measured for height yet but a couple of people have told me that I stand up straighter now. I thought that was a weird observation but I catch myself sitting up taller in my seat and I have had to readjust my driving settings. I would love a couple inches more in height! That would make my BMI even better?

I read once that the weight can compress the spinal column and thus you lose an inch or two.  But you have to be morbidly obese for a long period of time.  What I didn't know is whether it could reverse it self...I guess you proved that!!!
