I wanted to know if anyone had Molina insurance of Illinois, and how was the process....afraid I've done all the necessary steps and when its time to submit paper work I wont be Approved
You can call the number on back of the card and find out what is covered and what is required. Your surgeon's office will submit the paperwork.
