I am right there with you. I have been trying to get under 200 for the last 4 weeks. I know if I just keep working the plan it will come off, so I continue to weigh, measure, and record everything that goes in my mouth. Hang in there, we will get there!!!

Multiply your weight by 10 and then subtract 500 calories from that number.  Eating that amount per day will take off a pound a week.  Weigh your food and track carefully.  It is easy to under estimate calories.

oh ok  sounds better that's 1200 calories. if I added correctly. weight goal 170 x10 = 1700 -500= 1200. 1200 calories I will shoot for that.

at 4 months post op, you should still be eating 600-800 calories a day.  1200 is too much at this stage of the game.  I'm almost 7 months out and still get under 700 a day.
