WLS cookbook or recipe site
Cookbooks are rather outdated so websites are great too. My husband is a great cook and I know he is having a bit of a hard time knowing what and how to prep foods for after my sugery. I'd love to give him some sites or a cookbook that can get him started on ideas. I know myself from having lapband years ago I was stuck in the eggs, string cheese, yogurt, refried beans loop for awhile. But what after the phase some ideas would really help. I do read the what is everyone eating section and that's helpful, but if someone has a favorite site or book they get ideas from lay um on me.

Hi YellowTJ
We have a great Recipes Forum here on OH and if you do a search you will find a ton of recipes. Here is an example of what I found just searching chicken.
