Goal...sort of...hell yeah.
ok, so my goal has been 195 and percent body fat of 15. Today I weighed in at 196 and my Inbody scan came back with 14% body fat. I've put on a significant amount of muscle (been working out hard with my trainer). So I am just going to have to call this GOAL!!!
196 is a nice comfortable number for my OCD personality. If I ever hit 200 then it will be time for the bells and whistles and alarms to sound.
For now, I feel better than I've felt in decades and know that I've added years to my life with seriously increased quality.
I am getting ready to complete a 5 year full time graduate school education this May and am heavily into the job search interview process as we speak. I can't tell you how much higher my confidence and self-esteem is now that I've effected such a major improvement to my physical health and appearance.
Attached is my graduation photo (to be).
Your graduation picture is very handsome. You look wonderful! So happy that you are all goal already and can move on into maintenance. You can do this part of it too.
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
We can see the twinkle in your eye through the computer -- Quite the handsome devil.
Best of luck with the job search. Just like with your weight loss success, persistence will pay off.
Sharon
