Biotin

Recently I started taking Biotin 1,000 mg to clear up my skin and grow my hair a little better, I am noticing that after I take the pill I am getting horrible stomach aches and not eating as much I am also using the bathroom more then usual.. Anyone else have this problem? 

I doubt that those symtom are from the Biotin.  

I don't think biotin of its own should cause problems, but perhaps you're having a reaction to one of the parts of the pill-- dye or something? It might be worth trying one from a different company.
