nasty cold and congestion
Mucinex works great. I also love Sudafed. Sudafed is one of the best cold meds combined with mucinex, and the generic is cheap. Tylenol for aches, sparingly.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

So early post op - I would avoid anything that has NSAIDs or aspirin... Read the labels.
