Ticklish tummy

Bypass, 3 weeks post op. I've lost 17 lbs. sensations in my stomach, mostly the ticklishness about 3 fingers below my left rib is driving me a little bit crazy. It is just above the main wound, what is still the most paiNful when I move, particularly stretch. But if I am just laying down, sometimes there is a fluttering feeling there. Can anyone relate?
